The challenge
In the past, Foster Denovo had used spreadsheets for client annual reviews which could be very time intensive. They also found their clients wanted to see one time period to another, how their money was performing or would call for an ad-hoc valuation. They needed to be able to do this for the clients in a timely manner and produce something accurate.
The solution
The reason they selected Fastrak was it was the one tool that they were aware of that can include legacy products, cash, plus all the other assets that could be reviewed in one place.

The impact
The Fastrak reports that we used are customised, we spent a lot of time thinking what we wanted them to show, what to look like, to show our own branding so that when a client sees it, they recognise it as something we produce and know the format. As they are used to it, it makes meetings much slicker, more efficient and ultimately saves a huge amount of time.
The feedback from clients has been fantastic.
