At Sprint, we understand that when you use our products, you are making an investment in your business. As such, we are fully committed to helping you maximise the benefits you can get from our products and services.
Our support team is based in Milton Park, Abingdon and is available to help you from
9:00am until 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. As well as receiving assistance over the phone and on email from our dedicated support team, they can also provide extensive “help” documentation to aid you as you use the full suite of Sprint products.
Our support team will help you in areas such as:
- Set-up and configuration of your model portfolios and asset allocations
- Full company branded reports with your logo and colour scheme, giving your reports the right look and feel to show you in the best light for your clients
- Ensuring that the data is feeding through appropriately from your wrap platforms and back offices
- General trouble-shooting, opportunities, and more!
We listen to our clients and have a highly evolving agile product, We know that projects which aren't well organised and strongly controlled can go disastrously wrong. We adopt a standard project management methodology to all our activities which means that projects are managed in a logical and organised way with clearly defined steps. To achieve this we work closely with you to :
- Organise and plan activities before leaping in
- Make sure the project continues to be organised and controlled whilst in progress
- When clients receive what they need we ensure loose ends are tidied up
Our service team are delighted to hear your thoughts on product development and suggestions for continuing to evolve and innovate our product offering.
As part of the delivery of Fastrak, we work to a clearly defined and agreed Service Level Agreement.
We provide you with regularly updated project plans and associated documents and assign you a single point of contact to see you through every aspect of Fasrak’s implementation and development.
We are able to support you by logging remotely into your Fastrak system to provide immediate support with every aspect of the workflow being visible to our services team we offer a very efficient call service where there is no unnecessary time spent explaining where/what you need help with.
We endeavour to help maximize the benefits of your investment in Sprint. We try to make our products extremely easy to use. However because the products are very powerful with extensive functionality we recognize that not everyone will have the experience to use them to their full potential.
We are available to provide group or individual training sessions to give you a more in-depth, relevant and tailored knowledge of the full potential of our products. We can deliver these training sessions via the internet with direct connection to your computer, in our offices, or at your office.
In addition to training, we perform online familiarisation sessions during project implementation – specific Q & A sessions – and online introductions to newly developed features – ensuring clients are always up-to-date and working smart not hard!
